Pre-Qualification Screening
We screen candidate profiles to ensure alignment with your role's requirements. Through communication and technical assessments, we shortlist only the most suitable candidates for interviews.

Phone Interview & Document Verification
We conduct structured phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and gather essential documentation. CVs and credentials are thoroughly verified to ensure accuracy and authenticity.

In-Person Interview (Internal)
We hold final in-person interviews at our Lebanon office to evaluate cultural fit, professionalism, and overall readiness for the role. This step ensures each candidate aligns with your team’s values and expectations.

Final Zoom Interview With Client
We organize and host the final Zoom interview from our office, connecting you directly with the top candidate(s). This is your opportunity to assess and make the final hiring decision.

Team Member Setup & Onboarding
We set up the team member’s workspace and onboard them in our Lebanon office. Training is coordinated via Zoom to ensure a smooth start and integration.

Ongoing Partnership & Support
We provide ongoing HR support, manage daily operations, and foster team culture through engagement programs and perks like Pizza Day. Health insurance and compliance are also fully handled.
